Key Account Manager - Marketplaces | (Nykaa)

Reports To: VP - Online Growth

Position Summary:

As the Key Account Manager for Marketplaces, you will manage & optimise revenue T.A.C's product listings across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc. Your primary focus will be driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across these marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with marketplace representatives and teams.
  • Oversee the entire product catalogue, ensuring accurate and optimized product listings.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and optimize campaigns accordingly.

2. Marketing & Promotions:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to run effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and advertisements on each platform.

3. Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Liaise with supply chain and operations to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Oversee order fulfilment and customer service related to marketplace sales.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on account performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure brand messaging and product information is consistent across all platforms.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in online sales, specifically in managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms' back-end systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
