Designation: Accounts Payable Specialist
Qualifications:
- Monitoring Vendor Invoice Processing & Payment
- In case of Import Payment, ensure the relevant compliances and coordinate with Treasury
- Ensure that Payments to Vendors are made on due date and accurately without any errors
- Tax Compliance - GST , TDS
- Monitoring Advances, Debits, Retention, BG, Provisional liabilities GL's
- Monitoring Vendor reconciliations and dispute handling
- Inter Company reconciliation and GST closure
- Ensuring Month end/ Year End accounting activities related to AP.
- Handling MIS related to AP and exception reports
- Facilitate conduct of Internal audit, statutory audit and its compliance
- Driving Automation projects
- Manage & Provide effective leadership to the team
Skills Required:
- Team management
- Sound Knowledge of Accounts payable - Domestic and Import payments
- Sound Knowledge of GST laws, TDS, Withholding tax etc.
- Knowledge of Treasury and Banking operations
- Proficiency in SAP and MS office - Adv Excel etc.
- Able to work in high pressure environment
