Job Title- Ayurveda Expert
Job Location- Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Formulations
- Create new products or existing formulations according to the requirements.
- Handle product/ formulation level escalations
- Visit manufacturing facilities as required to audit & enhance processes and quality
Product Training & Ayurveda Awareness
- Train/ educate the team regarding the new products that are launched
- Subject Matter Expert digital video & textual content to educate people about the Power of Ayurveda
- Manage queries related to product description from consumers and sales team
- Content writing for E-commerce website and sales collaterals
Consultation & Sales Support
- Consult & respond to customer queries related to the product/ doshas/ regimen that one should follow
- Support inside sales team for business development
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and regional language (if any)
- BAMS/MD Ayurveda
- Knowledge of Classical and Patent medicines available in market
- Must be adept in a start-up environment
- Excel, PowerPoint & Word
